In this room, you can sit comfortably in the living room and watch your TV shows or NETFLIX series and even connect to YouTube.

And for amateurs, we provide you in the apartment with a small self-service library and some entertainment such as board games.

WIFI is of course free.

You can prepare your meals in a kitchen equipped with a fridge, a microwave-grill, hotplates, coffee maker, toaster... and all the useful kitchen accessories.

You will also find essential products such as coffee, tea, sugar, condiments, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc...

You will also have a dining area with a round table that can accommodate 4 people to enjoy your meals in front of an old fireplace (now condemned).

As you will have understood, the apartment has a private shaded garden with diverse and varied vegetation, shared with the tenants of the 2nd apartment.

Small useful clarification, you can park your vehicle in front of the house in our free private parking.

For long stays, there is a laundromat right in front of the apartment and we provide you with an ironing board and iron.

Marssac sur Tarn is a village of 3,300 inhabitants with all shops nearby and 4 restaurants.

The village center is 5 minutes walk from the “16 Bis” house

Marssac train station is 10 minutes away on foot and regional buses run to take you to Albi, Montauban or Gaillac.

Albi is 10 minutes away and Toulouse 30 minutes by car.
