A very large bedroom of 17 m2 with a 160cm bed, dressing room and old fireplace (which has become a decorative accessory) with a window overlooking Avenue d'Albi and a window overlooking the private garden.

Reversible climate control.

A large room with window and view of the private garden, serving as a living room, dining room and kitchen and occasionally as a bedroom with its sofa bed.

In this room, you can sit comfortably in the living room and watch your TV shows or NETFLIX series and even connect to YouTube.

And for fans, we provide you with a small self-service library in the apartment and some activities such as board games.

WIFI is of course free.

You can prepare your meals in a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave-grill, hotplates, a coffee maker, a toaster... and all the useful kitchen accessories .

You will also find essential products like coffee, tea, sugar, condiments, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc...

You will also have a dining area with a round table that can accommodate 4 people to enjoy your meals in front of an old fireplace (now condemned).

A comfortable bathroom with window and garden view. It is equipped with a sink, a 90x90 shower and a toilet.

As you will have understood, the apartment has a private shaded garden with diverse and varied vegetation, shared with the tenants of the 2nd apartment.

You will have a barbecue and a dining area in the shade of wisteria or birch trees.

Small useful clarification, you can park your vehicle in front of the house in our free private parking.

For longer stays, there is a launderette right in front of the apartment and we provide you with an ironing board and iron.

Marssac sur Tarn is a village of 3,300 inhabitants with all shops nearby and 4 restaurants.

The village center is a 5-minute walk from the ""16 Bis"" house

Marssac train station is a 10-minute walk away and regional buses run to take you to Albi, Montauban or Gaillac.

Albi is 10 minutes away and Toulouse 30 minutes by car.
